Your questions are intelligently understood and injected with relevant context from your medical records, preventing "context rot" and hallucinations while maintaining privacy from big tech.

The Pre-Visit Summary analyzes your medical records and conversation history to highlight the most important questions to ask your doctor at your next appointment.

The Symptom Log automatically recognizes when you mention a symptom and accurately records it in your Chart as part of your medical history. This is the most effortless way to maintain a complete symptom timeline. Logged symptoms are included as relevant context when you ask questions or generate a Pre-Visit Summary.
