I refuse to pay for this because of the many, many, crappy ads. Sure it's bogged down with large and obnoxious ads on every single page, but I figured since it was free, I really couldn't complain. Now, as of the latest update, after 25 articles you must have a subscription ... And, there are still ads!!! This is why I cancelled the physical paper subscription. The prices went up and the amount of ads in my paper continued to increase as well. Now, I've deleted this app as it appears they are using the same business model. I'll continue to get my news from real free sources that are more up to date in the first place (TV, Radio, WFXR/WSLS/WDBJ/WSET apps). ### 2/5 — I like it, but... *2015-11-22, version 4.16.100013923* A good app for staying in touch with community news, but will likely stop using it since it was recently converted to subscription. It is easy. But the news should have more state appeal, same with the newspaper. I downloaded this app years ago and deleted it, when it became useless due to all the subscription begging! I see nothing has changed! I have no problems paying for an app, but this app isn’t worth downloading! At least y’all are consistent!
