Additionally, the services provided are soooooo inconsistent the app’s purpose of convenience quickly becomes defeated. When they work they really help bridge the gap for accessibility to simpler financial services but I am constantly getting an error message stating “Sorry something went wrong” whenever I try to do the most basic task which the app boasts to provide easier alternatives for in the first place. Being affiliated with NCB, the poor experience here is disappointing but not surprising.
