At the same time it has the slowest download speeds I’ve seen in 20 years. Also won’t download in the background, have to keep app open the whole time or else it will pause. ### 2/5 — Missing some basic functions. *2021-08-01, version 11.3.2* No forward or back 10, 15 or 30 seconds button on the interface of the phone or the watch. You can only move a whole chapter at a time. I say over and beyond because response was quick and professional without making me feel technically challenge despite issue being my phone’s VPN blocking the full function of the app capability. Support was willing to ride out and stay in communication via email with me until issue was sorted out. I highly recommend this app specifically for the dedication of the support team to fix any technical issue you may have with app functionality. FYI if your videos have an issue playing and you have VPN installed you might have to temporarily turn off or change VPN settings. ### 5/5 — Love the App *2020-12-14* Works great! ### 1/5 — Zero *2020-01-18* Terrible app. ### 1/5 — Needs to be more user-friendly *2019-12-10, version 8.6.0* There is no back or forward button to move 10 or 15 seconds in time. This makes it very difficult to use as I’m watching training materials and need to constantly go back to replay.
