Terrible app.

There is no back or forward button to move 10 or 15 seconds in time. This makes it very difficult to use as I’m watching training materials and need to constantly go back to replay. Unfortunately, Lynx cannot be controlled via Apple Watch either.

Takes forever to load, updates every time it’s opened. Difficult to find your way around the book. Table of contents is useless. Terrible user interface. No ability to highlight key passages of a book. The list of cons goes on and on...

The frustrating part is that I spent $45 for the book and have to put up with with this poor app. From now on if it’s not available on Kindle I won’t buy it!

I downloaded media to watch but it says i don’t have enough memory to open the content. What do i do in this situation because i should’ve been warned before purchasing the media that i would not be able to watch it.

Please update the app to include capabilities for Picture-in-Picture and also to continue playing when iPhone is locked.

Doesn’t seem to let me watch purchased content without downloading it. At the same time it has the slowest download speeds I’ve seen in 20 years. Also won’t download in the background, have to keep app open the whole time or else it will pause.

No forward or back 10, 15 or 30 seconds button on the interface of the phone or the watch. You can only move a whole chapter at a time. No option to speed up or slow down the narration.

Really good app only thing that is missing is the feature to play video while phone is locked and playing video during theater mode so you can venture to other apps

Customer support went over and beyond with app support. I say over and beyond because response was quick and professional without making me feel technically challenge despite issue being my phone’s VPN blocking the full function of the app capability. Support was willing to ride out and stay in communication via email with me until issue was sorted out. I highly recommend this app specifically for the dedication of the support team to fix any technical issue you may have with app functionality. 

FYI if your videos have an issue playing and you have VPN installed you might have to temporarily turn off or change VPN settings.
