## What is Lyph?

Your life is connected. Lyph helps you understand how.

Sleep affects training. Training affects focus. Food affects energy. A difficult night can change the entire day. Nothing happens in isolation—but most apps only show you one piece.

Lyph brings your health, habits and daily context together, then turns it into a clear understanding of how you’re doing, what may be shaping it and what to do next.

CAPTURE LIFE AS IT HAPPENS

Log a meal, workout, walk, mood, reflection or meaningful moment in seconds. Type naturally, speak it aloud or use quick actions when you want to move fast.

No complicated forms. No endless setup. Just capture what happened and keep living.

A DAILY READ WITH CONTEXT

Lyph gives you a clear view of your day without reducing your life to a single score.

See what’s going well, what still needs attention and the next useful action you can take—from closing your step goal to protecting the sleep that supports your best work.

DISCOVER YOUR PATTERNS

As you continue using Lyph, disconnected moments begin forming a larger picture.

Lyph can help you recognize relationships between sleep, movement, nutrition, mood, energy, focus and the routines that shape your days.

Not generic trends. Patterns grounded in the life you actually logged.

AN AI COACH THAT KNOWS THE CONTEXT

Ask Lyph Coach what you’ve been noticing, why something may have changed or what deserves your attention next.

Coach draws from your recent activity, check-ins, reflections and emerging patterns to provide guidance that feels relevant to you—not advice written for everyone.

SEE HOW YOUR LIFE CHANGES

Weekly recaps show what’s working, where consistency is slipping and what Lyph is learning.

Your history keeps the details of your days accessible, while longer-term context helps Lyph become increasingly useful over time.

APPLE HEALTH INTEGRATION

Connect Apple Health to bring in supported signals such as steps, sleep and workouts. You choose what to log and whether to connect your health data.

YOUR LIFE, UNDERSTOOD

Lyph is for anyone who wants to live with greater awareness, make better-informed decisions and understand the patterns behind how they feel and perform.

Keep living. Keep logging. Lyph gets sharper.

Lyph provides general wellness guidance and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.0 — 2026-09-10

Lyph is food, training, and a private coach — in one app.

Snap a meal. Log a session. See your macros and your day. Ask Coach something real about your week.

Not three apps and a paste ritual. One home. Easier.

CAPTURE
Photo, voice, or one line. Your meal or workout is on Today immediately. Logging is a win, not homework.

YOUR DAY
Nutrition, training, steps, and sleep in one ledger. Floors you own. A next move — not six leftover trackers.

COACH
Coach answers from your week, not a blank chat you have to brief. It gets sharper as you log. We don’t fake that on day one.

PRIVATE
Lyph is not a data business. We see the email and name on your account — not your meals, workouts, check-ins, or Coach chats as something we browse. Coach uses AI only with your in-app consent.

Apple Health is optional. Lyph is not a doctor and not therapy.

### 1.6 — 2026-07-10

Daily rhythm & rest days Set your active days (every day, weekdays only, or custom). Rest days show a lighter Today screen, and weekly stats respect your schedule.

Take a break Schedule a vacation break to pause reminders and streak pressure. You can still log anytime — nothing is lost.

Smarter check-ins Check-in no longer resets when you tap a goal mid-flow. Mood is required before continuing, and copy and layout are cleaner.

Reliability fixes

Stops empty HealthKit workouts from flooding your log
Prevents duplicate “Daily Steps” goals
Weekly insights use your actual active days (not always /7)
More accurate AI workout parsing
Polish Onboarding improvements, coach quick-prompt scrolling, clearer Log goals button, tab bar cleanup, and empty-state guidance on the You tab.

Password reset Forgot-password flow now works from the reset email link.

### 1.5 — 2026-05-19

Built around the new Lyph direction: track what matters, understand your patterns, and follow through.

Redesigned Today experience with a clearer daily score, movement, steps, nutrition, and goal progress
Rebuilt Goals around daily proof and execution
Improved AI Coach context for meals, movement, goals, mood, and reflections

Improved Apple Health step and movement syncing
Cleaner logging flow for meals, workouts, mood, habits, and goal progress
