He was able to add me as a spouse on his account and that gave me my own account to log in to. Since then I use it more than he does and it has actually come in clutch. Often times when we’re scared of spending money on medical expenses and are hesitant to go to the doctor. This app is now our first step. A Primary Care or Urgent Care doctor calls us and gives us things Chat GPT can’t. Like an actual referral or prescription or MRI requisition. Overall I like it. I wouldn’t be going to the doctor if it wasn’t for this. ### 1/5 — Broken app *2026-03-13, version 2.3.12* This app is garbage. I made an appointment and nothing happened. Nobody picked it up. I can’t cancel or renew it. This company relies on your employer paying for this and never being used. But it won’t log in at all. Great service! ### 5/5 — Premier service *2025-06-28, version 2.1.16* I used the service once for a problem with my hand. I knew what the problem was but did not want to wait until the morning to be evaluated . A Lyric ( MyTelemedicine) physician evaluated me and prescribed medicine within 30 mins. I went to the pharmacy the following morning, picked up the medicine then the healing began. All acute non-life threatening healthcare should be this seamless and patient-centric. ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2024-12-21, version 2.0* No issues here…easy to use and navigate…just what I want in an app. ### 1/5 — Not easy to use *2024-11-26, version 2.0* Multiple bugs with the app and website. Customer service is good, but took multiple calls to them to finally be able to create an account and schedule a consultation. Providers are hard to understand. Non of your providers are qualified. I went to the website (getlyric.com) to try to activate my account but that is a B2B site with no info or resources for individual users/subscribers.
