There is a newer version that is capable of 4k and higher refresh rates. I don’t use the box it lowers the resolution of my 4k 120hz tv. I use all the app lighting modes. I had to use Android app instead (which does not work well either). The app also crashes all the time. Please find competent developers and fix it. Tried on an iPhone and iPad, and neither will login. The only way that I’m able to login is using an old Android device. I have reset them over and over and still light bars will not sync with box. I did all the steps to try to correct the problem but no luck. The light bars have a synchronize tab using the app but when click on it no proper connection to NEO box. I don’t know why it won’t sync up it used to add some good light effects when it did work correctly but now the light bars don’t connect properly….
