Absolute joke of any customer service team. Worst I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. I absolutely despise this company and their “employees” none of which can nor will do their jobs no matter how simple. I’d rather get a root canal then to deal with lytx so called customer service. Anyone looking to get paid and sit around all day and be worthless, this is the job for you. These guys are a nightmare all around. Their cameras absolutely suck. All of their technology shortcomings are then your fault which turns into arguments with these children whose IQ level is that of a rat. I’ve had more in depth conversations with a 3 year old than the average intelligence of the customer service team at lytx. In 7 mandatory years with this failure of a company I’ve not had 1 positive interaction with them. Even their management team is worthless and can’t do anything to help but waste your time. Can’t recommend lytx at all and if anyone ever asks I always tell them to stay away. Their AI is worthless. Their alerts never function. Camera quality on a potato has better pictures than their top of the line camera can achieve. Their AI KI’s are a joke and are not AI at all. They straight up argue and fight with you to your face about everything. No drive cams, no location, nothing. Definitely needs to be fixed to work better for iPhones. ### 1/5 — Infrared lights *2024-11-09* Please if you have lytx camera in your truck research infrared lights and the effect they can have particularly on your eye health. My drivers love it. I would give it 5 stars. My Drivers with the IOS app are frustrated because only half of the app works. They can view their events but the Performance section won’t load at all. All of the issues we are seeing is in the IOS app. We have been reporting this to LYTX for about 3 month but haven’t seen any motion.
