After using only a fraction of their services, they immediately started pushing me to spend more money without offering a shred of loyalty for being a paying customer. Instead of helping me feel valued, they made me feel like a walking wallet. Their sales approach is aggressive, and once they’ve got you in their system, it’s all about upsells. They provide little actual service for what you pay, and when you question the value, they have no interest in making it right. They couldn’t even help file my taxes correctly. For a company that markets itself as a solution for small business owners, their customer care is shockingly tone-deaf. If you’re thinking of using LegalZoom, do yourself a favor: look elsewhere. There are plenty of better options that won’t nickel-and-dime you at every step. Bottom line: LegalZoom is more interested in poaching more money from you than providing the service you already paid for. ALSO, when asking for a partial refund, they weren’t willing to discuss anything with me.
