1分間隔で定期更新するログを見忘れないように、1分間隔で通知してくれるアプリを探し、このアプリを見つけました。
制限時間と通知間隔を設定できます。
ちょっと惜しい点として、
・スタートしたタイミングで定期通知すること→指定秒のタイミングで通知設定したい
・制限時間が60分であること→無限が欲しい
というところですかね。
今のところ不便なく使えています。
Apple watchだからこそできる機能ですね。
