Looks cool, doesn’t work. Can’t change any settings for my mw09s, says it’s connected, just won’t allow me to change any settings. It worked for the first day, now it just doesn’t. People pay a premium for your products but you can’t even make a reliable app? Terrible. Can’t even switch ANC on and off, a heavily advertised feature is now unavailable to me. 350 dollar ear buds, ridiculous

$699 headphones and I cannot connect to this app to save my life. Ive done all the trouble shooting and nothing. I updated firmware thru the Neurable App and still can’t connect. I am able to connect to devices but not the app. What the heck Master & Dynamics.

I was thinking I was the only one but I read the reviews and that happen to another person, I buy a Mg20 bape the never work well I normally if that happen with another companies they replace your headset with master and dynamic you lost your money. They don’t help me with the headset and I lost my money I don’t recommend buy products of this company save your money and look another options
