Why to release a shopping app which can’t do any shopping? Don’t download. Please don’t release half baked (raw?) products to public.

Pokud chcete strávit hodinu tím, že se snažíte přihlásit do aplikace, kopírujete znovu a znovu číselný kód z mailu, abyste se vůbec nikam nedostali, pak je tato aplikace pro vás to pravé!

Nova app právě použita při nákupu.  Účtenka v aplikaci nikde, odměna za nákup nikde. Tak nevím jak toto bylo testováno. Stále se toto opakuje několikrát do měsíce.

The last (or one of the them) forces to re-enter your credentials. After  entering a code code , which is sent to your email address, you are asked if you already have M&S card. If yes you are asked for the card number 🙈so, here you are at  the dead end if you don’t have the card number somewhere recorded. Even worth, entering the card number , which a shop assistant gets from the system does not help - full stop. Disaster.

Overovaci kod do e-mailu dorazi do nekolika hodin …. Pri dalsim pokusu o aktivaci aplikace hlasi ze jste offline, tady nelze zpracovat pozadavek, prestoze offline nejste. Pri zadani telefonniho cisla pise app, ze cislo uz je evidovane a dal se nedostanete 🤣 takze sbohem M&S, asi uz se neuvidime

Even more, after the incident I wasn’t able to login to their app. My customer card number was not accepted. Somehow I didn’t find the way how to login in the app. Always ended somewhere which wanted a new registration. Wtf

Are you for real? We just got cupons for shopping, and you switch apps? All points disappeared and to get cupons, you've already earned, you have to make a purchase? Doesn't make sense.
