It’s now really cumbersome to hold my phone to look at my list, pick up the scanner, try to scan something and not drop either phone or scanner in the process. Makes it very inefficient to shop in M&S now and am shopping elsewhere more frequently as a result. Also, I use gift cards that I save to my account and there’s no way to delete old cards with 0 balance. So I have to scroll through 20+ expired cards to find the latest.
