Ive nearly HK$100 in points which I can’t use. I’ve emailed multiple times and even asked store staff to help….but guess what…nothing done. Its really bad service…such a shame as it lets down the reputation of M&S. ### 2/5 — Awlful hardly any stock *2024-09-06, version 2.29* Seriously like a joke. There’s hardly any stock they all say restocking. Disappointing ### 1/5 — Horrific *2023-11-11* Being told that an item in your cart is now sold out when you check out is frustrating but understandable. What’s completely outrageous is then being told another item is out of stock when you try to check out again, so you remove that item from your cart and check out a third time only to be told that yet another item is out of stock. Hard to find products in wrong place ### 1/5 — Awful *2022-02-07, version 2.14* Worst app I’ve ever used, no matter if on WiFi or 4G it will jam on the loading screen and you have to force quit (sometimes up to 5 times) and reopen. Staff are well aware and show you how to do this, actually creating queues at the checkouts. Save us the misery and let us add the card to Apple Wallet. ### 1/5 — Spam. The only way to fix it is remove the app or disable notifications. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2021-04-28* It’s honestly like they completely gave up ok having an app. It doesn’t work at all!!! ### 2/5 — New app flawed *2020-12-11* The new “shopping list” feature appeared for a day and now is appearing empty, even though I’ve marked many items as favourites which should appear in the list.
