Also the checkout process fails at so many places, sometimes at selecting address, sometimes at payment and sometimes when payment goes through the order fails and then I wait for email which usually arrives in 2 hours to confirm the order. Such a bad user experience. ### 5/5 — Something wrong with product screens in app *2025-07-17* I have been using the app since several years but your latest update has an issue. When you open the product only pictures are visible and the buttons for sharing and adding to favourites… I am not able to see any details or adding to cart button. Please fix this. ### 5/5 — App does not reflect points earned in M&S stores *2025-04-12* I shared my personal details by logging into your app and when I found you did not reflect the many points from frequent purchases in M&S stores I got suspicious. I deleted my account. In between I spoke to arshad (sounded like) and he said Spark owns the app so who Is Spark? I thought I was downloading M&S, I presented my personal details as I do enjoy the store and for years have enjoyed privileges. When my previous points did not reflect I was afraid to stay online on the app. The phone conversation was neither helpful nor supportive telling me they are two different entities or accounts!!!! ### 5/5 — Wrong information on website about Returns *2025-03-24* After reading the refund policy which said - A Cod online order can be returned in an offline store and the money will be deposited in the bank account. But on going to the store in Phoenix mills Mumbai, they were not ready to do so and insisted on me taking a credit note inspite of making them read the return policy . they said website is not updated and rules have changed . We have tried to place an order for more than 100 times and nothing happened. Lost the carted items many times and we had to pick it up again n again . There is no connectivity issues at our end . It had happened with our previous orders too .. we never had such issues with any other shopping apps . The return process in the store both times was worse than a root canal. They had no clue at one store and the second store was not much better.
