Emailed customer service to say i have verified my account and cards but again they are still saying I haven’t fast forward to yesterday and it turns out they are wanting me to verify a card I no longer have with bank statements from that card and even though I’ve explained more than once I don’t have that card or bank statements from the card it’s and old card they still refuse to deposit the money I’ve won into the card I have verified! I get past from person to person throughout emails and when I’ve said twice I want to make a complaint I’ve been ignored. I personally won’t be using them again and when I do finally get to make a complaint I will be stating that customer service is a load of crap, happy to take money but won’t give back what you’ve won, you’ve got to jump threw hoops just to try get it and its been 4 days and still not sorted out.
