## What is M Empresas?

App M Empresas – Manage your company simply and securely, wherever you are.
 
Before installing the App:
Access the Business Website, in the top right corner, “Your Profile > App M Empresas > Subscribe”,
to subscribe to the service, set the limit per transaction and select the accounts to view.
 
Available services:
 
-Check balances and transactions of current accounts and cards, with the option to apply filters
-Make standard and instant transfers in EUR, with or without scheduling, to Portugal and Europe (SEPA area)
-Make MB service payments, taxes, Social Security contributions and top up prepaid cards
-Authorise transactions (individual or multiple)
 
Other features:
 
-View and export account statements
-Obtain receipts after completing transactions in the App
-Access and use Beneficiaries for transfers
-Secure authentication of transactions originating from e-commerce websites
-Locate branches
-Set language, PIN and biometrics for access

Horrible app, doesn’t work. They should just link the private app with the business one and have a single app. The app for day to day banking works well, don’t know why they insist on using this one when other banks don’t have two separate apps for business and private clients.

Aplicativo com péssima usabilidade e limitações, da erro ao entrar, fica desligando quando tenta realizar uma transferência é diferente dos outros quando se tenta copiar e colar ele também fica dando erros (pedimos desculpa, neste momento não podemos satisfazer e o seu pedido) e muitas vezes recebo o SMS de confirmação e ele retorna a tela inicial sem me deixar concluir a operação

I had installed this app to provide additional access to my account, however I kept getting errors. The developer contacted me and indicated that this app was for business accounts only (which I do not have). At this time, I have updated my review to 5 star as customer service was excellent and very fast also. The app simply not for my type of account. So to be honest the error code was “error 16” which means the problem was 16 inches away from the keyboard. 😜 Obrigado!!

Tentei várias vezes ativar o app introduzindo o meu login (BLTF XXXX) e código. Depois recebo SMS com um código para prosseguir, só que o código que recebi é de um usurário que não o meu (BLTF ZZZZ)! Introduzo o código errado e recebo novo SMS em como tudo funcionou, mas no app não funcionou nada. 
Falha de segurança e que não é aceitável.
