### 3/5 — Can’t switch profiles

*2025-12-28, version 5.2.1*

Normally I love this app. However, now it’s not letting me switch between my profile and my son’s profile. In order for me to view his messages, I have to go to my computer online. Very frustrating.

### 2/5 — Disappointed

*2025-11-13*

I have been with M Health Fairview for about two years for a specific issue. I am disappointed with the lack of time allowed with PA to answer “my”questions about my health. Also, scheduling (additional requested) tests and appointments is a nightmare. Actually, working with scheduling is fine … but heads up - the appointment won’t be for months out and plan on it getting rescheduled! The reschedule will be moved 4-6 weeks further out! And then moved further out again - oh, rest assured, their policy is, two reschedules.
Is it time to move on, to somewhere where the care and policies also considers a worried and anxious patient? Does that even exist?

### 4/5 — Pretty good MyChart wrapper

*2025-10-28, version 5.2.1*

Scheduling an appointment through the app is a bit of a pain. Some types of appointments are not in the apps system, others take multiple steps that feels like a loop.

### 2/5 — Face ID?

*2025-10-21, version 5.2*

Where is the Face ID login with the latest update?

### 2/5 — Constantly freezes screen

*2025-09-16, version 5.2*

Latest update makes everything freeze after I press anything; notifications, messages, upcoming appointments, lab results, everything. I’ve only encountered these problems this September. Sometimes works again after I turn off and on my phone, other times I have to completely close and reopen the app.

### 2/5 — Disappointed

*2025-06-18, version 5.1.2*

I finally get this app on my phone and get it to actually work up until I had a virtual visit with my doctor today. Not only did the app not do what I was told it would do but it was a complete failure according to my chart, I do not exist or invalid failure. Well, this app is an invalid failure.

### 3/5 — App

*2024-09-16, version 5.0*

Is very helpful, although could be more effective if could send staff direct emails.

### 3/5 — Organization let downs

*2024-03-01, version 4.3*

Although I like the doctors and nurses and assistants and reception people I’ve met, there seems to be total disorganization when it comes to my health results and communication. I shouldn’t have to be the one to ask if the labs have been reviewed or when someone is going to get back to me with results. And that’s what I’ve experienced.

### 4/5 — Password difficulty

*2023-09-29, version 4.0*

I cannot enter MyChart with my password as it will not register when I try to submit it.

### 4/5 — Works great

*2023-07-14, version 3.1*

Works great. I do wish there was also an IPod version/ compatible

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Terrible customer service

*2026-06-29, version 5.2.3*

Extremely hard to contact a representative, hard to find documents in the app. Terrible service in general. Facilities are also poorly maintained.

### 1/5 — I’m 74

*2026-02-10, version 5.2.2*

I lost passwords to the app and to my chart. I can’t find some features that I need for my own convenience. Very annoying and frustrating to redo all the settings

### 1/5 — When you get admitted they leave you in the er room when you should be upstairs in inpatient

*2025-09-18, version 5.2*

When I got to the room, it was nasty dirty. The floor was sticky, the trashes were all full, the dirty laundry basket was full, most of all they act like they don’t care. This will be the last time I ever come to this hospital.

### 1/5 — Navigate

*2025-09-03, version 5.2*

Have not been able to figure this app out. Went through the whole process of being able to “quick connect” to the app using a four digit number the other day. It DID NOT work!

### 1/5 — Incompetence Reigns

*2025-07-21, version 5.1.2*

If / when you enter in the datas that are requested of you as a patient literally NONE of the providers you visit will be able to see ANY of those data’s you spent hours organizing and inputing into their systems- none of it.

So, when you show up for your appointment(s) and you have a reasonable expectation that the provider will be able to pull up those datas that you inputed -you know, so you can have a productive conversation and appointment- you will be sorely mistaken to find out incompetence reigns and you will never be able to refer to those inputed datas because no matter how many times you attempt to address the issue it will never be resolved.

I want my money back; more importantly, my wasted time.

### 1/5 — App is confusing

*2024-11-19, version 5.0.1*

The app is all over the place and doing something simple as sending a message to your doctor is hard to locate. This app needs to be optimized to make things simple and not so cluttered.

### 1/5 — Asks for too much calendar permission

*2024-07-07, version 4.5*

Please fix your calendar use on iOS to be compatible with “add events only” permission. There is no reason to require “full access”. This is an unnecessary privacy risk for users.

### 1/5 — Just another clinic

*2024-04-02, version 4.3*

Wait times are getting out of hand and medical gaslighting is REAL! They don’t actually care about the patients…send yourself to a specialist and cut out the middle man.

### 1/5 — The new M Health App will not expand to full screen.

*2023-07-10, version 3.1*

I have both new MHealth and old MyChart apps installed. MHealth slightly expands but not fully. The MyChart fully expands in both modes.

### 2/5 — Communicating

*2026-07-27, version 5.2.3*

I find it frustrating that I don’t have any way to communicate with my doctor via this over complicated portal. Very bad.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Doctors that actually listen to you there

*2026-01-29, version 5.2.2*

I feel very strongly the doctor I see is very kind and actually really took the time to listen me I really appreciate that I hope u guys keep him thanks alisha

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2025-11-24, version 5.2.1*

It is handy to have all needed information in one spot and easy to navigate too.

### 5/5 — Indispensable

*2025-07-16, version 5.1.2*

Provides complete information from doctor visits, tests and results, and is indispensable for identifying providers, accessing after visit reports and communicating with dictors!

### 5/5 — Menus don’t work

*2025-07-01, version 5.1.2*

When I tap “messages” and many other elements of the app, it’s like my screen is broken and I just can’t select or access big parts of the app. My phone is not the problem, this is not an issue with any other app.

### 5/5 — I completed a survey that I thought was from Allina Health so I want to retract it for Fairview.

*2025-03-11, version 5.1*

Dr Hubble would have received great marks as well as all aspects of care and staff. Please let me know if I can retake the survey because the negative results and feedback in no way represent my positive feels of how well Fairview is doing in my opinion.

Sorry for the confusion! :)

### 5/5 — Outstanding performance

*2024-11-28, version 5.0.1*

The best surgical team I’ve known you’re a good hands when it comes to this medical team thank you guys.

*2024-08-03, version 4.5*

Wow! I am very impressed with the superior medical support I receive from Fairview!!!
