Also whenever a train is running late or cancelled it is not mentioned on the app which makes it so confusing . If these issues are resolved this app is going to make lives of so many commuters easier. ### 4/5 — Search option in timetable *2025-12-31* There should be search option available in timetable which will allow to selectively search for certain trains or timings. I can’t see the local train timings cause everytime I click on it the app shuts off and I tried to restart the app and restart the phone and even deleted the app and downloaded It again it’s not working. When it works, the app is nothing short of amazing, offering useful features and real-time information. It’s undoubtedly one of the most helpful apps for commuters in Mumbai. But now this new version doesn’t give us an option to put our destination . This app is nomore as useful as before for new users . I request that it would be a delight to see the old version back . I don’t get to choose my destination. Earlier I was able to do but in my iphone now I can’t. I have to choose from the given destination options only. But what if I don’t want to go to the given destinations and have to go somewhere else. First of all the adds are irritating, like say for example if I search for a particular train from a station, and if I go back there’s this add - get google gemini , there’s no way to turn it off , wasting your time unnecessarily, second never ever trust or go by the whereabouts of the train , it’s ridiculous. The live train stuff doesn’t work , if your train has passed the station it will show - it’s arriving , or if it shows arriving - the train is nowhere in the sight . The developer needs to work high time on these flaws. **Developer response:** We've now launched a completely rebuilt iOS version that brings it on par with our Android app. Please update to the latest version from the App Store and give it a try. Unfortunately, it's gone downhill. Now, the app is cluttered with constant ads, frequent crashes, and unresponsive features. The option to add shortcuts doesn't work anymore, making navigation slow and annoying. What used to be a quick tool to check train timings has turned into a laggy mess filled with pop-ups. Really disappointing to see such a helpful app become nearly unusable. Three to four times, I've wasted my money by buying AC tickets. When I checked for the first time, it showed the train was coming or 2-3 stations behind. Based on that, we bought the ticket, but after some time, it suddenly started showing that the train had already crossed 2-3 stations ahead. It's really frustrating to waste money like this. When I was at lower Parel at 5:00, I saw a 5:12 AC train indicator for the central line towards Thane on this app, and this app was showing the train was already at Dadar when I reached Prabhadevi at 5:05. I had to purchase a ticket for the AC train, but when I reached Dadar at 5:08, this app was showing that the train had already crossed Dadar. So I went to catch a slow train and heard the announcement that the 5:12 AC train was yet to arrive….I ran again and purchased a ticket, but by the time I reached the platform, the train had already left the platform. ### 1/5 — Not accurate and buggy *2024-01-14, version 17.10.28* App crashes a lot and most times doesn’t show correct platforms it is only good to get a general idea of what trains are coming. I am new to Mumbai, all I want to do is go from source (pick a station) to destination (pick a station. How do I know which line has what station). I care less which line - the app should tell me the lines, change over junction. This new addition has made planning travels much easier. The app now suggests the best routes and tells how long it will take to get from one station to another. I observed an app crash situation whenever I see you train between Ghatkopar and Vidyavihar for travel toward Kalyan. I am not very sure if this is issue with my phone but I did tried re-installing the app. Hope this will get resolve soon. Seven Stars for the developer of this app en effort ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟✨ ### 5/5 — Unreliable *2023-06-13* Apart from the time table of the trains, there is nothing that is this reliable about this app. And those time tables are available on every station too. Love tracking of trains is so so so bad that I’ve waited on the station for 15 mins because I missed a train by 2 minutes - it went early and the app showed it was late by 5 minutes. 🤷🏻‍♀️ This has happened like a million times since I’ve started using the app. 😪 Like fix it or don’t give us the feature. ### 5/5 — Recommendation *2022-12-03* Thank you m-Indicator team for the great application. The Delhi metro app has this and it makes it easy for someone new to Mumbai to use this application, specially when 2/3 station changes are required. Allow user to input current and destination station.
