No VPN active, mobile data on, no wifi, but still the same. ### 1/5 — Missing M-PESA statement features *2022-09-21* Greetings, Congratulations for eventually updating your M-PESA app to accommodate at least one year statement feature after writing to you about this last year, however, for more improvement I have noted some things in the statement document that need to be amended to enhance easy financial report analysis, these include but are not limited to the following; 1. Debit and Credit entry should not be placed on the same column. 2. Total Credit (Payment IN) and Total Debits(Payment Out) for the period requested should be indicated at the end of the statement. 3. Closing balance for the period requested should be indicated at the end of the statement. 4. For the funds received or transferred the app should have a field where sender can narrate the purpose of the transaction.
