Insanely stupid app...it's demanding that I update but currently there are no updates to do so basically i can't use my banking until they fix that. Besides that the app is very badly designed and slow. I'm changing banks because this is simply ridiculous!!

The app is slow, the layouts are not user friendly.
Used to bank with lots of online banking apps, every time I open this app, I feel I am having conversation with my granddad.

Използвам мобилно банкиране в 4 държави, но най-голямата грешка е това. 6 часа ми отне да направя успешно превод с това мобилно банкиране , регистрация, на кодове , тоукън потвърждаване, подпис, после допълнително подписване, потвърждаване по телефона ….какво ли не. Пълна пародия ! Моля ви погледнете конкуренцията ! Няма да кажа коя банка , изберете си една и си сравнете продукта!!!

User unfriendly and doesn’t support all features from the website which I thought is the point of creating an app on the first place.

The app is slow even on the latest iphones. The animations at the home screen are old school BS that just make the app slower.
No support for fingerprint login and 2 factor authentication with standard apps like authenticator
Advise: check out revolut, paysera, n26 or transferwise and fix it. Don’t try to put the web ui in a mobile app
