I had a sim, which was expiring, so I topped it up on the app by buying a 1-month top up (which I paid for and it showed). However, when my original month ended, it ceased my service of the sim. When trying to log back into the app, it didn’t let me because my sim is now inactive despite just having bought a top up plan for 1 more month which said it was active. Thank you - Sam ### 1/5 — Scam, Don’t Use *2025-09-16, version 6.0.10* Erased my phone number, staff at stores are useless, poor customer service ### 1/5 — Forced updates, and scam-level prepaid plans. *2025-03-31* At first, I considered M1 to be a decent service, but after losing $8 to them in their latest promo deal, and nothing to show for it… I’ve quickly learned that the whole deal is a load of garbage. That seems to be a common thing though. Poorly regulated businesses in general in this part of the world are quite prevalent. This one is no exception. At least I don’t have to deal with such a high level of incompetence in the USA. best of all, their support is non-existent, and there are no methods for requesting compensation for their errors. Perhaps I should get the embassy involved instead. Thank you - Sam ### 1/5 — worst telco *2024-11-30, version 6.0.6* Not only is the worst telco network company of all 3, even the topup for prepaid card response is so damn FXXXing slow, nearly got double-charge for that…👎👎👎 ### 5/5 — Better than before~ *2024-06-25, version 6.0.3* despite having many bugs and issues on the early phase of the new UI apps. the developer works hard to solve all the problems, and is now an apps better than the old one. with the saved card info, topping up is way more faster now. its great! ### 1/5 — bug issues 😐 *2024-06-09, version 6.0.3* Firstly, my expiry date shown for my local data pack is 23 Feb 2024 which is inaccurate. It is supposed to show 9 June 2024 as according to my previous purchase (bought new data pack on 8May so 30 days later will be 9June). However i’m still able to use data, just i need to calculate the expiry date on my own now. Secondly, usage of data remains the same since 2-3 weeks ago? How is that possible when my mobile data is always on and i’m always on my phone too. Thirdly, i have stopped receiving notifications from m1 about my data is expiring soon. Even if i received, the message has bugs and it doesn’t tell me the date and time of expiry. All the messages i get from m1 now are about promo packs so basically advertising their products, but the necessary sms they do not send them anymore. ### 1/5 — Login everytime to use the app *2024-05-23, version 6.0.3* Since the update and renewed UI, everytime I've to use the app, need to login with OTP. There's no place to login with face id. Only happens with prepaid app, the My M1+ app is still ok.
