I love this app and the easy exercise just to get the blood pumping thru the day.   I only wish i could join the group workout at anytime instead always at the top of the hour.   I have meetings that seem to start at the top of the hour so miss out on joining the group and getting the point for the day.  😊
i just follow the exercise routine instead.  Thank you!!

Love the app. The movement are simple but effective. The music is beautiful and relaxing. The mindfulness session is a great way to end.

For years I have yo-yo’d with my regular exercise routine and this app has sorted me out. My friend recommended it and it has been so easy and lovely to incorporate. Chris you have created something wonderful and the music to accompany is absolutely beautifully inspiring!

Really like this! Easy to follow & excellent for all ages. It really is motivating. Music is great and exercises are well demonstrated. Highly recommend.

First of all, this app is beautiful. I love the color scheme. Visually, it exceeds all expectations for an app generated by a nonprofit. 

I also love the idea of being able to join live broadcasts daily, and I think it’s wonderful that the routines can be performed by individuals of all fitness levels. 

Lastly, from a usability standpoint, the various sections within the app are easy to find, the content is organized logically, there is a good amount of white space on each page, and the donate button is readily available for anyone wishing to provide monetary support.
