Even Customer Service is unresponsive. ### 1/5 — Ils m’ont volé de l’argent *2024-08-20, version 1.0.30* Bandits depuis 4 semaines vous devez rembourser mon argent qui n’est jamais arrivé dans ma carte bancaire lorsque j’ai effectué la transaction, depuis 1 mois on m’a dit que mon argent me serait restitué jusqu’aujourd’hui je n’ai rien reçu , remettez mon argent , il reste les réseaux sociaux où je vais les dénoncer Depuis 4 semaines ces gens ne veulent pas me restituer mon argent , j’ai effectuée une transaction de mon compte Orange money vers leur compte M2U pour transférer les fonds dans ma carte bancaire , au moment du transfert le compte a été débité mais je n’ai jamais reçu l’argent dans mon compte bancaire, je les ai appelé mainte fois , je suis partir à leur agence même , depuis 4 semaines déjà je n’ai jamais reçu mon argent mais ils ont passé leur temps à dire que dans les 24h mon problème serait résolu . Now my money is just stuck in there ### 1/5 — Money transfers failing *2023-11-01* Thé app features are so good but they don’t work properly. I remember a day I bought in a restaurant with my friends sent money to orange money it showed sent but I had to wait for over 1hr. Nothing happened. I called the customer service and they told they will solve the problem in 24 hrs. At that moment I had to make calls to Borrow money and pay my bills despite having money . The restaurant owner looked at me like I was playing one them as they did not even know about this app . Another incident I wanted to pay my bills and the Payment methods keep showing transactions fail for both networks available . I had to persist for 2hrs nothing . Thanks again to a friend who helped me out . I am still using the app believing it will e better and why not t best I Believe if such a problem is sorted users can trust the service and it will be our own PayPal (plus ) in Africa .
