Please please send us more details for the reported problem . Also, remember that the app works with scooters that have firmware up to 1.3.8. If you have firmware above 1.3.8 you cannot get the data from the scooter. There is a way to downgrade your firmware, it takes 5 minutes so, but you have to search on the internet yourself for the procedure. The application will automatically connect to the nearest M365 scooter. Very soon, a new update will be available. Thank you! ### 1/5 — Garbage app. Won’t connect *2020-12-08* Won’t connect. Tried a couple of others and although they give you information you don’t really need such as the health of each battery cell, this gives you what you want on one simple screen - speed in an easy to read display- then max speed, average speed, trip distance, total distance, range and an easy to read battery %. You don’t need anything else.
