App always glitches, never loads videos onto the fan. Also, app tab closes automatically when it is opened. Please update app.

I’m not sure why, but when I try to install this on my phone, it would not connect to the device. I decided to try to use it on my iPad as well and to my surprise, it worked exactly like it was supposed to. I only gave it for stars because it didn’t work on my phone.
