Trying to use the app but keeps crashing every time and wont even last seconds before it does it, really sucky app.

I’m not sure why, but when I try to install this on my phone, it would not connect to the device. I decided to try to use it on my iPad as well and to my surprise, it worked exactly like it was supposed to. I only gave it for stars because it didn’t work on my phone.
