Go figure. Apple's Garage Band creates an M4a file, which does not import into Apple's iMovie. Spoiler alert: both are baked-in Apple Apps on my iPad. I am a happy iPad user, but this is just another head scratcher from the folks who charge an arm and a leg for products and let little details like this slide by. Maybe I'm missing something. When you click on the video option, nothing happens and you can only press no. I suppose this is a fault that the developers need to fix.
