DO NOT TRUST NOR RELY ON THIS COMPANY!! They NEVER showed up at the scheduled time. We called them 15 minutes past their show time, they had no knowledge of where their drivers were or when they would arrive, and told us they would call us back once they try to contact the driver. They NEVER returned the call. We spoke to the company afterwards and they took NO accountability for their mistake nor did they apologize. My grandmother was relying on then for transportation to and from her daughters funeral, which the company was fully aware of. Truly despicable.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! It’s not worth your time, I waited of an hour for a ride that didn’t even show up. I canceled my ride and rescheduled my ride and I still couldn’t get a hold of my driver. This app is horrible and unacceptable and it needs to be taking down. Imagine you had an emergency and needed a ride asap, this app wouldn’t have worked. The city bus is better than this, do better

Took a cab from west haven to new haven. Was told by my driver to download this app after I had told him that M7 has the worst automated system when you call for a cab. It is impossible to talk to an actual dispatcher if they have your number in the system. I needed a cab back home from new haven so I did it on this app. After waiting for an hour I called an Uber that came in under two minutes. While I was waiting for the cab I would try to call to see where it was and you cannot get to an actual human if you download the app and they have your cell phone number. Both the app and the phone service for this company are unacceptable. Do not download

I’ve been going to the JCC using this for two Saturdays now, and I was able to get there fine but on the way back they didn’t get a driver to take me back home.

I use M7 ride service about once a month and they are on point and always on time. Every driver I've had has been very courteous and respectful. The only down side i have is that if you are in a wheelchair there is no option on the app to request for a wheelchair van if you are using a wheelchair. I have to call into the office to request it(just stating,not complaining lol) 

But other than that M7 is an excellent transportation service and i highly recommend them
