À peine pour visualiser le compte. Pas de possibilité de faire quoi que ce soit avec cette application : ni virement, ni gérer les bénéficiaires. Impossible d’en faire ma banque professionnelle principale dans ces conditions depuis plus de 6 ans ! Mes remarques aux conseillers professionnelle ne changent rien. Je vais prendre une banque plus compétente informatiquement. ### 1/5 — Inutile *2026-05-05, version 3.10.0* Application inutile sauf pour connaître le solde du compte! C est tout de même très limitant dans le monde professionnel ### 1/5 — L’appli inutile ! *2026-03-11, version 3.9.0* À part regarder son solde, on peut rien faire, impossible de faire un virement, ni de télécharger un RIB, l’appli qui ne sert à rien ### 1/5 — Décevant *2025-05-18, version 3.6.0* Contrairement à d’autres app de banques : impossible d’effectuer un virement ou de créer un tiers depuis l’application. Application limitée à consulter son solde et encore les opérations ne sont pas claires (beaucoup de détails ) ### 4/5 — De beaux progrès *2025-02-24, version 3.5.5* Il y a eu de beaux progrès notamment sur la validation des opérations On regrette quand on n’est plus connecté de devoir cliquer pour que l’appli se rende compte qu’on n’est plus connecté et affiche un message. Elle permettaient d’avoir un meilleur contrôle en temps réel ! Et l’expérience client ? ### 1/5 — L’application ne s’ouvre plus *2024-02-08, version 3.3.0* Depuis deux il m’est impossible d’ouvrir l’application. Je ne peux donc plus du tout accéder à mon espace admin et faire mon travail d’office manager. L’application fonctionne pour la dirigeante. Pour ma part je l’ai désinstallee 4 fois. J’ai mis à jour mon téléphone pro. J’ai changé de téléphone et mis ma carte SIM dans un autre téléphone (neuf). Même problème. L’écran vert apparaît 2 secondes et l’appli se referme immédiatement. Quelle est la solution pour que je puisse me connecter ?
