En effet, souvent on retrouve dans des écrits qu’il faut suivre son intuition et lorsque celle ci arrive avec une envie de tisane à base de sarriette ou de sauge peut être manquons  nous de tonus ? 
Ne pourrions pas retrouver des recettes avec le nom d’une plante ?
Ne pourrions nous pas ajouter nos propres recettes et avec le nom des plantes une base de données nous la catégoriserait dans 
Recette tonique
Recette désacidifiante
Recette calmante 
….

J’aime beaucoup cette appli qui permet de chercher quelle plante utilisée pour certains symptômes mais ils en manquent pas mal comme une tisane antiseptique , j’espère que vous mettrez d’autres recettes de tisanes 😉

I have many books on tea. I believe tea is the “go to” for what ails you. I’m always making tea for the family but they don’t know how to make for me. This app will make it much easier for me when I don’t feel well. Fast and simple to use. When I’m to sick to research I will have answers at hand. Now to stock up on the herbs I don’t grow.
