L’un de vos proches bénéficie du service de téléassistance Nexecur et vous êtes identifié comme aidant ?
 
Avec cette formule, vous aurez accès à l’application Ma Téléassistance - Aidant et vous pourrez veiller à distance sur le bon déroulement de la journée de votre proche :

    - Être averti des alertes d'urgence, déclenchées par votre proche avec son bouton d'appel ou sa base de communication, et traitées par notre centre de téléassistance ;
    - Accéder aux données d'inactivité de votre proche sur la période prédéfinie 6h-10h (plages horaires personnalisables si besoin), grâce aux détecteurs de mouvement et d'ouverture ;
    - Envoyer des messages audios à votre proche sur sa base de communication ;
    - Partager des informations avec les autres aidants (coordination des visites, humeur du jour, etc) ; 
    - Vérifier le bon fonctionnement du matériel ;
    - Accéder aux notifications (suivis entre aidants, informations sur le matériel).
 
L'application est accessible pour les clients de l'offre Ma Téléassistance et bénéficiant de la Formule Aidant.
