I encountered several issues while using the application, including frequent crashes and unresponsive customer support team. Despite reaching out to your support team multiple times, I did not receive a resolution to my problems.

I expected a higher level of service and support from Maaly. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I would not recommend the application to others based on my experience.

I hope that the feedback I have provided will be taken into consideration and used to improve the overall service and customer experience for future users.
