It is nearly impossible to get a taxi with this app.   Keep requesting over and over and can never secure a taxi even if it shows taxi available.  Can call the service but the auto answer says download the app.  If you get through to a rep on the phone, they say no taxi and to call back in 5 minutes.   This company has no queuing system at all and has insufficient vehicles to meet the demands.   Macau needs to allow Uber or DiDi into the market to meet demand or it will struggle to remain competitive as an international destination for visitors.

司机全是找不到工作的人，态度恶劣

司机打电话过来就用命令语气对我讲话，存在恶意不接单等行为，打电话给客服只是给我重新叫了一辆车。没有合适的对于司机无理甚至恶心人的处理措施，说打过电话联系我，但根本就是打过来不出声，我在发声后等待10秒无果后挂断，请问这种联络有没有任何意义？有些时候叫到的师傅人还OK，真就是个运气叫车软件，作为使用这个平台几年的人今天真的恶心坏了！！！

有大陆各大打车软件来抄都抄不会，无论界面，排队机制，就像十年前产物，又不让其他人做，自己又做不好

During a rebrand, they took the word Taxi out of the app.  Now it cannot be found by searching on the iPhone using the word Taxi.  Maybe they don’t want to be a taxi company anymore.  Now they have updated their app to send you push advertising every day.  Push notifications should be for the taxi service but there is no way to turn off the ads without turning off all notifications.   Very poor choices in design and business logic.  On the up side, maybe less people will use it and we can get a taxi as normally there are no taxis available anyway and the system has no logic for queuing or optimization.

Apparently this app was renamed and now cannot be found via search on the iPhone by the words Taxi.  Not that it was a great app to begin with as there are rarely taxis available anyway.   Welcome to Macau!

要不断靠运气打车，连个排队系统都做不到，一点点距离司机都不愿意来，而且存在大量司机素质差，投诉也没有用，经历过无数次垃圾司机了，都想方设法占小便宜。定位也不行，还要到处找标志告诉司机在哪。支付也很糟糕，为什么都2024年了还做不到打车软件上直接计算支付，这样也能少很多步骤和争执，真的很讨厌和司机交涉，那种不耐烦的态度真的太恶心了。还是回大陆享受高德打车和滴滴了。

如果目标客户是游客，地图功能应该要有实时定位，司机问一个游客在哪里，试问游客又哪能知道自己在哪呢？不过支付宝和微信支付都可以用这点蛮好。
