Maawu — choose a photo, find information that should stay private on your device, cover it, then share with confidence. Screenshots and photos often include information that should not be public: avatars and nicknames in chats, faces in group photos, text on documents, payment QR codes, and barcodes. Covering them one by one is slow, and it is easy to miss something. Maawu turns this into a straightforward flow: Smart Detection After you open a photo, Maawu detects avatars and nicknames, faces, QR codes and barcodes, and text on your device. By default, only avatars and nicknames are covered automatically, so faces or an entire page of text are not hidden without your confirmation. One-tap Covering After detection, cover everything at once, or choose only avatars and nicknames, faces, text, or QR codes and barcodes. Tap to Cover Tap any detected region to cover it. If something was missed, turn off Smart Detection and drag to draw a box manually. Multiple Effects Apply mosaic, blur, or a solid color to each region separately. You can also cover a detected face with your own image. Custom Export Choose a format and size, then save to your photo library or share with friends. The original always stays in your library. What you export is a new, covered photo. Detection and covering happen offline on your device. Your photos are never uploaded. --- About the trial and purchase Download to start a 3-day trial with every feature, including Smart Detection, covering, and export.
