How does this work! You should be sending the invoice the same day as it is approved, I can submit to the NDIS, which then gets approved within 2 days!!, YES, 2 days, and as soon as that invoice is found, it is paid by ok so pay and sent back to you immediately, however you are taking over 7 to 14 days to pay the workers!! Not good enough, and if you cannot manage the work load, employ more people who can help! Way to slow for my liking and always messing up my invoices - Frustrating is all I can say to that!! ### 2/5 — Not getting notifications *2026-06-16, version 1.0.6* I’m not getting notifications on my phone when my support worker submits their hours. I have turned everything on in the settings and still nothing works. ### 4/5 — Suggestion *2026-06-16, version 1.0.6* Hi guys, one thing I noticed in the new app compared to the old app - once we are searching for workers, if we click into that workers profile and we scroll down to read their information, the “back” button is no longer visible, only the “close" button (unless we scroll back up). This means we exit the search results, and I think most users would be experiencing this - it is fairly unintuitive. Otherwise the new app seems okay ### 1/5 — Can’t login! *2026-06-09, version 1.0.6* On the latest iOS version and unable to login. Please fix asap! ### 1/5 — Worse. *2026-05-29, version 1.0.5* New version of the app is not better, it’s worse. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it. When you open the app, it’s a plain white screen, rendering it unusable. The times it somehow works it’s slow and sluggish while searching for workers. Forcefully shows your age on your job description. Whilst nowhere to be seen for support workers. I’d also like to know the age of who I may be working with as well, this is not fair. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2026-05-28, version 1.0.5* New app totally unusable. Cannot go in to approve hours. Website also not working or loading on iPhone. Not sure what has changed but I am totally unable to use Mable now to search SWs, approve invoices or review progress for sessions. This means my invoices go approved because of the 24 hour invoice approval mable gives before automatically approving these themselves despite ACCC rulings. ### 1/5 — Not operating *2026-05-27, version 1.0.5* When it works, it works fine, though the UI is rather confusing at times. I can forgive that but when I’m trying to do things through the app sometimes it’s just frozen on a white screen even on app reset.
