Numerous times I have used the promo code provided in an email. No place to then enter payment info during checkout.  Can’t continue to “Place Order” without payment, but there is no place to enter payment.

I could not put an order through this app. It would not accept an online coupon code I received just one day ago. It also doesn’t take any  payment other than gift card. It’s frustrating to put all my information and an order for four and couldn’t complete the order.

Download the app and as the waitress suggested. She mentioned the BOGO on Mondays. Don’t see it in the app. Can’t find out what the meal is. I haven’t seen any emails from the restaurant either. I know the app is registered to me cause I can see my name on it.

Yep, you read it - nothing has changed from my review of 2 years ago. Still can’t redeem gift cards through the app (apply towards a take out order). Recommendations:
1.) Develop so you can make an in-restaurant reservation. Wait List. 
2.) Develop so you can browse the menu without “placing an order”.
3.) Apply gift card use so the app can be used to redeem those gift cards. 
4.) Perks program for frequent diners (loyalty program)
5.) Speaking of a loyalty program…Whatever happened to the Heart Stone members incentives from 3+ years ago?

Tried to put more than one gift card in and it always errored out!!  Spent over an hour retrying and checking card balances were good!  It kept saying card balance bad.  Ultimately had to go to the restaurant and have them place the order and pay using the exact same gift cards!   So irritating…

You can’t redeem gift cards using the app as something in the software cannot verify the gift card, gift card number or amount. Fix this or continue to lose business. So far in the last 2 months I haven’t been able to use the app and a Macaroni gift card at the same time. Horrible experience as I’ve tried redeeming at least 3 gift cards that has adequate money remaining on each.
