However, when I ordered last-to-last month, the product felt noticeably different—the fragrance was unusually strong, the cushion was hard instead of soft, and the TIRTIR logo on the cover started fading after just 1–2 uses, unlike the TIRTIR products I had purchased previously. When I finally complained, I was told that it was too late to raise the issue. I understand that I should have reported it earlier, but since it was a Buy One Get One Free offer, I had stopped using the product and was unsure how to raise a complaint. I later regretted not noticing the differences sooner. Customer service then asked me to provide a picture of the opened box and the barcode, which I had already discarded. This experience has taught me to record the entire unpackaging process whenever I receive an order. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Its been more than two month since I ordered a moisturiser and there’s not a single update. I ordered in bulk and i got half of the items and half got canceled on its own without any calls from the delivery team or anyone. This app doesn’t have any customer support no. So the only way to reach out to them is through emails. And God knows how many emails I’ve already sent them, yet every time i just get the automated system mail “sorry for the inconvenience, our team is looking into the issue”. And at this point I’ve given up on the hopes of getting the product delivered… But if you’re still looking forward to order from this app it’s better if you do COD, so that if u get the item.. well and good, and if you don’t get the items, not your loss.. **Developer response:** Please accept our sincere apology. I live in a gated society where the delivery personnel needs approval to enter the premises and neither did i receive that. When I realised it’s been long I checked the app and it showed delivered 9 days ago, i checked at the reception no entry. I raised this concern over the email and guess what the support replies, we regret the inconvenience but since it’s been more than 5 days we can’t do anything about it. Like seriously, do you guys think we earn money for free, i purchased it from my hard earned money and you guys don’t even investigate where my parcel was even delivered or not delivered? When I contacted support, all I received were bot-like, copy-paste responses asking for photos and videos—something impossible to provide when I didn’t even know which package would contain the missing item. Instead of helping, they kept repeating the same script and offered zero real assistance. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to predict issues or record videos in advance just to prove that something went wrong with their delivery process. I’m extremely disappointed with how unhelpful and robotic the support team is. The whole experience felt careless and frustrating. While i ordered 2 products from this app with freebies, only one product was delivered with the freebies, although the bill was delivered for both the products along with the package! Ofcourse it is a prepaid package, so now who do i call for this callous service! Ofcourse there is no customer care number either. There is only email. You need to get my other product delivered to my address for which i have paid already. Figure it out and send my product to my address dude! ### 5/5 — Scammed or if this is the process *2025-08-13, version 3.70.1* I just placed an order on my product under MGS n after asking my Adhaar and after being done they said they’ll send me a confirmation for the order and now when I enter there’s nothing on my ordered page nor the customer service is working and plus idk if this is a scam or not becuse I was recommend this app by my friends and now I feel like I’ve been scammed … (THIS IS TO INFORM YOU MACAROON APP SELLERS , if I find out I’ve been scammed n my money not returned trust me I’ll sue u at any cost ) 😕 ### 4/5 — Glitch *2025-07-17, version 3.66.0* I’ve been using Maccaron since months now and I really love the app. I can find all the k-beauty products I need. Even though the delivery time is a bit late, I’m fine with it. I really love Maccaron! But for the past few days, my app is not working. There’s only a banner visible in the home page and nothing else even though my network is fine. Please look into it properly. I even sent a message with the screenshot and screen recording of the glitch but there’s no response in my gmail. I really need it fixed asap. ### 1/5 — Scam Alert!!! Damaged Product & No Response from Maccron Beauty *2025-05-20* I had a terrible experience ordering from the Maccron Beauty app. I bought a Peripera eyeshadow palette, and when it arrived, it was completely damaged. I immediately reached out with photo proof and asked for a refund or exchange. Instead of helping, they told me to contact their email support, which never replied. I even messaged 7–8 different Maccron Instagram accounts, and not a single one responded. The complete lack of responsibility and customer service is shocking. It’s unacceptable for a brand to ghost their customers after delivering a broken product. I’m warning others so they don’t fall for the same unprofessional service. If you still choose to buy from them, make sure to use cash on delivery—don’t trust them with your money. If they think staying silent will make this go away, they’re wrong. However, on one occasion I received an incomplete order. I emailed them saying a product is missing and sent them the proof (receipts and everything). And what came next literally boiled my brains!!! This son of gun app mailed me back saying they’ve done their “quality checks” and sent everything. So I’m here thinking woah I didn’t know I was getting dressed up nice today to be called a liar?! Not even my toxic ex behaved that way. An apology or feasible options offered would be a good way to go . But man the lack of sensibility on this app has me sympathising with it.
