Peinlich wenn die APP Mach unterhalb der Startoberfläche viele wichtige Angaben nur in englisch kann. Man behandelt seinen potenten Kunden wie den den Deppen zu Beginn der Computeremtwicklung vor 40-50 Jahren. Armer Konzern. Und ein Benutzerhandbuch sollte den aktuellen ausgelieferten Wohnmobilen entsprechen. Schlecht gemachte Fantasiehandbücher bestätigen nur dem Eindruck, dass man auch gut zahlende Kunden nicht ernst nimmt und nur das Geld abgreifen will. Please update the application so that we can monitor the power of the car. And we only see the percentage of the rounded battery level, we would like to see the exact numbers. It does not connect, it is not really remote you have to be within Bluetooth range, it does not even find the vehicle if you are leaning against it! Not fit for purpose and I am really not impressed at all. This sort of failure puts you off the entire brand. Please sort it out asap! The data for the motorhome is not correct, the vehicle data is also haphazardly erratic. It is high time this app was overhauled and worked properly. Echt traurig!!! ### 1/5 — adria mach app updated sept 24 *2024-09-13* the previous app actually worked and was significantly better than this version which does not connect properly does not function has deleted vehicle data and frankly is not fit for purpose!!! what on earth were you thinking it's better to go back to the previous one please at least it stayed connected to vehicle and accurately showed the data including vehicle. Sollte die AC Truma Steuerung nach dem Update nicht funktionieren, einfach die verbaute MACH Basisstation neu starten. Es lässt dich jedes Gerät perfekt ansteuern und konfigurieren. Das UI ist sehr gut und intuitiv, die App läuft stabil und hat keinerlei Eingabeverzögerungen oder ähnliches. ### 5/5 — Poor information, no online manuals *2022-01-03, version 2021.12.23* Bluetooth connection erratic at best, when you can access the system, no online manuals are yet available, poorly executed, more so as Mach has been in existence for a while now. Suspect Truma inet may be a better option. ### 4/5 — Batterien vertauscht? *2026-03-25, version 2026.03.18* Seit dem letzten Update 1.18.27 funktioniert die Steuerung des Kühlschranks wieder. Dafür sind jetzt vermutlich die Batterien vertauscht. Meine Aufbaubatterie zeigt dauernd 100% an und die vom Fahrzeug OK. In den Details der Fahrzeugbatterie steht diese dann auf 83%. Weiterhin wäre eine In-App-Feedback Funktion für solche Fehler/Probleme sehr sinnvoll. ### 4/5 — Bien mais améliorable *2026-03-08, version 2026.03.03* L’organisation des sections est discutable (Accueil est le 3eme élément du menu ?) Traduction pas terrible parfois (User manual abrégé en U. Man. a été traduit en U. Homme.) Une intégration avec les shortcuts iOS serait la bienvenue. L’intégration CarPlay aussi comme je l’ai vue mentionnée dans un autre avis. Mais les boutons fonctionnent bien, je peux allumer éteindre les lumières, changer la puissance du frigo, etc depuis le téléphone tant que je suis à portée Bluetooth. Je suis content que l’appli existe même si elle est perfectible. ### 4/5 — La uso más que la camper *2024-03-17* La aplicación funciona como es de esperar. No pongo 5 estrellas porque en las Twin no lleva entrada AUX y porque el hotspot (mach plus) solo funciona en algunos dominios. Por ejemplo Teams, google.com, microsoft.com funcionan genial a 4G pero la mayoría de sites/apps no van Youtube, Apple music y la mayoría de sitios en general. ### 4/5 — Update Version 2023.07.20 *2023-08-30, version 2023.08.28* Die App funktioniert grundsätzlich gut, doch leider lässt sich nach dem letzten Update vom 20.07.23 die Klimaanlage über die App nicht mehr so genau einstellen. Vorher konnte man z.B. zwischen Nachtmodus und wie stark die Belüftung laufen sollte einstellen. Die geht jetzt leider nicht mehr. Da wir uns gerade im Urlaub mit hohen Temperaturen befinden, fanden wir die Möglichkeit der Einstellung vorher genial. Sehr schade 😔. Es wäre schön, wenn dies kurzfristig wieder verbessert werden könnte 😌 Erst einmal danke für das schnellen Update! Allerdings ist damit das oben genannte Problem leider nicht behoben, schade 😔🥺. Vielleicht könnte es doch noch kurzfristig eine Verbesserung geben. Ich würde mich riesig freuen 😊. Trotz des erneuten Updates besteht das oben genannte Problem weiterhin 😔. Sehr schade!🥺 Nach erneutem Update am 28.8.23 funktioniert die genaue Einstellung der Klimaanlage jetzt wieder 😃. Super 🤩, Dankeschön. Some of the errors are to do with shutting down the heater, but the heater is controlled fine. Needs more work for sure. Still like the app though, very useful. Don’t ask me to contact the developers when there web site is not in English.
