Portrait mode used to be full screen but now has a large black border making it smaller and harder to read. Please make it more user friendly and allow us to enlarge the picture, print and ability to view in portrait mode. App is completely useless & unable to read magazine! This App hasn’t been updated since version 5.2.3 over 1 year ago. Please fix this app! ### 1/5 — Sad they killed the print version!! *2024-01-17, version 7.1.1* I realize this is just the sign of the times, but I wish they hadn’t killed off the print version. They did the Newstand version. Now reconnecting with my suscription was slow and complicated. To make things worst the format is as a regular PDF and not anymore pages that seem a magazine as in the past. The mayor issue is the magazine is not complete. The app was in a foreign language with no options for English. I have called the Tec support number and am waiting for them to get my issues resolved. It has been several days with no feed back as to the status of my problem ### 1/5 — Will not display correctly on 12.9 iPad Pro *2022-01-26, version 6.0.6* Unfortunately this app will not work well on 12.9 iPad. The magazine is displayed with large black borders. It appears the magazine is designed for the 11 inch iPad only. Attempts to reach publisher only return suggestions to try information in the FAQ’s which will not resolve the issue. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work, Apple says not eligible for refund. *2021-10-31, version 6.0.6* I ordered multiple magazines and that seems to be the only part of the app that works. Library does not show purchases mags, store shows items already purchased, got every error message possible trying to make it work, troubleshooting steps didn’t work and to top it off, Apple support says none of the orders are eligible for a refund. App doesn’t work, no support from a real person and money was taken. The editor during the late 20-teens and early 2020s really turned it around. The writing is much improved (the grammatical and other mechanical issues prior to his arrival made reading it much less enjoyable) and the content is interesting and varied.
