This was my first time using the MacQueen app, and unfortunately, it will be my last. All the hotels booked through the app were of very poor quality. There is no feature to rate or review the hotels, which makes it hard for users to make informed decisions. I also faced issues with the rooms I booked and reached out to customer service, but no one responded and my problem was never resolved. Very disappointing experience overall.

‏عملت حجز لخارج المملكة واخذوا المبلغ من اسبوع ولما وصلت مع عائلتي تفاجأت بعدم وجود حجز بأسمي والفندق فل ولا يوجد لديهم حتى رقم للإتصال
‏حسبي الله عليكم وبكل واحد يخدع خلق الله بمثل هالمواقع الغير موثوقه

حجزت فندق 5 نجوم ب تاريخ 28/1 و قبل دخولي للفندق تقريبا ب ١٨ ساعه تم اخطاري ب الغاء حجزي و تم عرض علي بديلا ب فنادق اقل تصنيف ب ٤ نجوم و تقييمه سئ. و عندما طلبت منه ب ان يعوضوني ب فندق نفسى المستوى او افضل تاخروا علي بالرد و الا الان لم يعوضوني و انتظر ردهم. مما اثر علي نفسيا و لا اعرض مصيري بالسكن الى الان. I booked a 5-star hotel with a check-in date of 28/1. About 18 hours before my arrival, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled. I was offered alternative hotels with a lower rating (4-star) and poor reviews. When I requested compensation in the form of a hotel of the same level or better, they delayed in responding, and until now I have not received any compensation and am still waiting for their reply. This situation has caused me psychological distress, and my accommodation situation remains uncertain to this moment.
