They have been charging me yearly despite asking them to remove me from their system and deleting the app. It doesn’t show up in subscriptions in iTunes or on my credit card to stop it. Yet every year I get charged. File a complaint or ask credit card company to block the charge. It’s been 2-3 years now. Home Gym Workouts *2025-05-06, version 1.45.0* MacroFit app doesn’t prominently feature a dedicated: ❌“Fit! Home Gym” workout program. It’s the reason I came to the app, since, Fit! Home Gym marketed it on the website. That said… While the app includes over 100 exercises compatible with the Home Gym equipment, in a variety of fitness disciplines, such as calisthenics, yoga, and sport-specific training. However… these programs are generally designed for bodyweight exercises and does not specifically… Incorporate the unique features of the Fit! Home Gym.  For users seeking structured programs tailored to the Fit! Home Gym… This lack of dedicated content might be a limitation. While the available exercises can be beneficial, the absence of a cohesive program means users may need to self-organize their workouts to effectively utilize the Fit! Home Gym equipment. I now delete the app, not useful for me. ### 3/5 — A lot of network issues *2025-04-24* It’s impossible to enter the number of reps because the submit button is hidden beneath the keyboard when trying to input the reps, and there’s no way to dismiss the keyboard. I reported this issue to support six months ago, but it still hasn’t been resolved. The recipes aren’t suitable for summer diets, and the Apple Watch app doesn’t work either. ### 2/5 — Lifetime membership not carrried *2025-03-27, version 1.45.0* I had subscribed to the lifetime membership and access when the app was called Fit! I reached out to Macrofits team from their support email on website but no response yet. Hoping they can resolve it. Quality review: I liked the app except for its funky timer which didn’t work if you exited the app but overall had good mix of trainers. ### 3/5 — Can’t record my reps *2025-03-03, version 1.45.0* On phone the submit button hides the submit button, I can’t take down the keyboard once I click within the text box so It’s stuck there ### 3/5 — Good content, horrible app *2025-01-24* Some feedback for the developers: on iPad at least, the app freezes after the last set of the workout. 1) Tapping ‘end workout’ does nothing but cause a red spinning icon and the countdown to end, but it will not end, seemingly, until the minute has elapsed. 2)The new home / shop / profile nav at the top covers much of the workout progress bar. 3) tapping the back arrow at top left does nothing - you cannot exit a workout without closing the app. However even after hard closing the app, when re opening it, you are taken straight back to that set with still no way to exit. There are several other issues but these are the main ones. The app does not allow me to manage my subscription. The Fit! company says there is no record of my name or email. I even cancelled my bank card. If they do not issue an immediate refund, I will proceed with formal legal action, filing a report with Apple and with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the U.S. government agency that enforces consumer protection laws. This is not a threat — it’s the next step, because no company should be allowed to charge people without providing any support or accountability. After purchasing, I quickly discovered that the workouts are heavily dependent on proprietary equipment—not clearly advertised up front. As a result, I never ended up using the app. What I didn’t realize is that I had actually signed up for a yearly subscription, not a one-time purchase. When I noticed a $59.99 charge this year, I immediately contacted the company to cancel and request a refund. They replied a few days later confirming the cancellation—but completely ignored my request for a refund. Since then, I’ve followed up twice over the last week and have received no response whatsoever. I’m disappointed and frustrated by the lack of accountability and poor customer service. I’m now out $59.99 for an app I never used and can’t recommend this experience to others.
