## Most critical reviews (8 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Terrible app, can’t even get age correct, missing basic features

*2026-03-30*

App rounds age up to year for some unknown reason. Missing coconut as an ingredient?

**Developer response:** Thanks for flagging this, you were right. We've fixed the age calculation in the latest update so it's now accurate, and we've improved food recognition (you can also add or edit ingredients manually, including items like coconut). Sorry for the rough first impression, we'd genuinely love for you to give the updated version a try.

### 1/5 — Not a serious tracker app

*2026-03-22*

This is like a child’s version of a cal tracker app.

No manual tracking, you must upload a photo in order for it to determine how many cals you are eating.

Mandatory paid app (paying for inadequate tracking)

This app is for people that do not know about fitness or tracking and maybe want to just start out getting into it; however they won’t get very far…

**Developer response:** Fair points, thanks for taking the time. Manual logging is available now, you don't have to only use the photo scanner, and we're continuously deepening the tracking. There's a free trial so you can evaluate it risk-free before committing. We'd really appreciate another look at the updated app.

### 1/5 — Okay idea, terrible execution

*2026-01-08*

The idea of gamifying healthy eating is good but it isn’t new. However the implementation here misses the mark entirely. A couple of major pain points.

1. You are forced to upload a picture of your food to track it, there is no manual input (at least not one that is easy to find). This is awful. I understand that ease of use is a feature, but if I forgot to take a picture I can’t track my food anymore.

2. The nutrient tracker doesn’t track fiber for some reason? Fiber is probably the most important part of daily nutrition, not tracking it is genuinely absurd.

3. A 3 day free trial is pretty short. Nobody is going to know if this works for them in three days (although it’s pretty clear this app is NOT worth your money, even for $30 a year)

4. The fitness aspect is even worse. The forced simplicity makes the overall accuracy of your fitness journey garbage. It’s simply not worth it for the fun aspect.

5. The “fun” part isn’t really all that fun. This is subjective, but I found it pretty uninspiring.

Overall, would not recommend anyone spend their money here.

**Developer response:** Really appreciate the detailed feedback, this is exactly what helps us improve. A few updates: you can log meals manually without a photo (no more being stuck if you forget to snap one), and we do track fiber along with 15+ other nutrients. We're actively improving activity-tracking accuracy and the gamification, too. We want you to have a fair shot at evaluating it.

### 1/5 — Loved the idea

*2026-01-05*

Honestly i was so excited to try this app out, however they don’t even offer a free version and want you to pay right off the back

**Developer response:** Thank you! Quick note, there's a free trial so you can try everything before paying anything, and you can cancel anytime before it ends. We'd love for you to give it a go and tell us what you think.

### 2/5 — It told me to eat zero calories

*2026-04-24*

I didn’t pay for the full version but it asked me all the basic intro questions (age, weight, activity level, goal weight) and it spit out my “nutrient plan” which was 0 calories per day 😂 which is the main reason I didn’t pay for the full version…

**Developer response:** Thanks for flagging this. We've fixed the calorie calculation, and your plan will now show accurate targets in the latest version.

### 2/5 — Needs more work

*2026-01-10*

Really like the idea, but it needs a lot more development. Once you log food, there is no way to edit it whatsoever. The app also is constantly moving meals I had on one day to a different day, making it impossible to actually track consistently. Good idea, but the app is not ready yet

**Developer response:** Spot-on bug report, thank you, we've addressed both. You can now edit any logged meal (just tap it to adjust the details or change the date), and we've fixed the issue that was moving meals to the wrong day. Tracking stays consistent now. We'd love for you to take another look at the latest version.

### 5/5 — Super fun and addicting

*2026-06-19*

Amazing way to track calories and physical fitness in a fun game type of way. They also have been doing tons of updates to fix past bugs.
