## What is MacroScales?

MacroScales is your all-in-one nutrition and training coach — built to make tracking effortless instead of tedious.

TRACK WITHOUT THE HASSLE
• Log meals in seconds: search a verified food database, scan a barcode for instant results, or snap a photo and let AI estimate the macros for you
• See calories, protein, carbs, fat, and water at a glance on your daily dashboard
• Every entry is yours to review and edit before it's logged — nothing gets added silently

YOUR AI COACH
• Ask for a meal plan or workout plan built around your goals
• Log food conversationally — just tell your coach what you ate
• Get quick answers to nutrition and training questions, any time

BUILD YOUR TRAINING STREAK
• Get a structured weekly gym plan with real exercise demonstrations, sets, and reps
• Track training days, build a streak, and see your best run
• Edit or regenerate your plan whenever your routine changes

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• Weekly recap with a real trend chart for calories, protein, steps, and training days
• A 30-day consistency view so you can spot patterns, not just single days

CONNECTS TO WHAT YOU ALREADY USE
• Syncs steps from Apple Health
• Barcode scanning backed by a real food database
• Community-contributed foods so the database keeps growing

MacroScales is built for people who want real numbers and real structure — without spending twenty minutes a day doing the math.
