Two months in, down two pant sizes

Slow and steady but it's working, and it's working because I can actually see my numbers instead of guessing. Snap the plate, glance at the macros, adjust dinner if I'm off. That's the whole system and it's enough.

Hit my protein goal for the first time ever

I always assumed I was eating enough protein. Turns out I wasn't even close, and I only found that out because logging was easy enough that I actually kept doing it long enough to see the pattern.

Down 10 lbs and it's because I actually stuck with tracking

Every diet attempt before this died within a week because logging felt like a chore. Ten pounds down since I started and the only thing that changed is tracking finally doesn't feel like homework.

The search-and-scroll era of my life is over

Used to spend more time searching food databases than actually eating. This cuts that step out completely and I've logged more meals in two weeks than I did all last month with my old app.

No more guessing serving sizes

Typing "1 cup cooked rice, estimated" into an app never felt accurate anyway. Now I just take a photo and trust the estimate more than my own guesswork ever was.
