Love Macy's a lot. I love that the store carries different brands and good quality items, but most importantly, I love their sales and promotions. All of my shoes are from Macy's, mostly from Flash Sale. I am not exaggerating when I say that Macy's is like a home store in my community where I feel safe and comfortable while shopping. I have never had a problem with delivery, returns, or the quality of the clothes and shoes. 
So thank you Macy’s management!

It took me 10 tries to add the gift card on my iPhone. I can easily add other cards to other apps.

I purchased a vacuum cleaner online using my Macy’s credit card.
I paid for my purchase two days after getting it. And unfortunately returned it a few days later.
Well, here I’m almost 20 days later and Macy’s refused to give me my money back to the original form of payment which by the way I used my debit card!

Why is it, every time I go into Macy’s they can’t find my current Macy’s card on file ( or tell me it’s expired) so I have to open a new account.
   Yet, when I try to pay the bill of the new card, it isn’t listed on the app. but all the old cards are?  Seems like the Left Hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing!
