As of now it only tells you an estimated time of delivery, but nothing else. There’s no text/notification letting you know when the food is on the way or when it’s been delivered. My food was left on the ground outside for over 20mins because the app still shows “in progress” instead of “delivered/completed”. For that alone, I rate this app 2 stars. PLEASE FIX THIS! ### 3/5 — Great food, ‘Rewards’ are a scam *2024-01-23* Great food, great people. Redeeming the rewards in the app is a big ol scam. Be super careful that you don’t redeem them before you are in the store in front of the cashier—otherwise they can ‘disappear’ (app language, not line), and the cashier/staff won’t be able to do anything about it. ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2022-08-04* Tried to pay using a gift card for part of it but app wouldn’t take it and kept freezing on me. Strange cant use rewards message. ### 1/5 — App literally gets worse and worse and worse *2026-01-28* Is anyone doing any QA on this whatsoever? Your marketing team keeps issuing these stupid $5 bonus gift cards that are virtually impossible to use in the app unless you stand on one leg, uncross your arms, and close one eye, I say facetiously. They allow split payment but not in a way that you can use these $5 gift cards. It lets you add each gift card, but it won’t allow you to adjust the amount of each card. It keeps changing it on you! If you do five dollars on one card, it tries to do. $8.90 on another. You try to change that to five dollars so the third one can be $3.90 but then it changes the value of another one to $8.90. But that won’t work because each card only has five dollars on it! ### 1/5 — Can’t Validate Basket? *2025-10-30, version 1.3* Twice now I have went to order from Mad Greens through the App and it has given me an error code of “Error, Can’t Validate Basket”. And each time I have ordered from somewhere else. I love Mad Greens but this App is awful. Please fix. ### 1/5 — Points expire *2025-05-28* Apparently not using the mobile app for over a month means they remove what little points you have. Having loyalty points expire for a food place in 2025 seems massively out of touch. Bye mad greens, won’t miss you. ### 1/5 — App literally gets worse *2025-05-13* Is anyone doing any QA on this whatsoever? So I go to pay, and I’m splitting between a gift card ($10) and a credit card. I manually enter all the details of each, noting the Split, and it errors out. Even though it has the right total that includes tips, it gives an error stating the total combined amount must equal the order plus tip—WHICH IT DID! But somehow still errored out anyway. Then, to make matters worse, because I did NOT want to store the card numbers (since the gift card would then be $0), I had to completely start all over entering new payment details again from scratch. And you can’t even use a gift card with ApplePay. Mad Greens gives out stupid $10 bonus gift cards when there’s not a meal that can be purchased for $10, so a meal will always be a split payment with the cards! ### 1/5 — Not functional *2023-09-24* Cannot complete an order or add payment method at all. What’s the point of this app if I can’t complete the most basic user journey?? ### 1/5 — $5 to sign up *2023-07-06* Downloaded the app and signed up to receive the $5 and never received it. ### 1/5 — Holy Moly Notifications! *2022-10-30* The app works fine but holy moly the number of notifications from this app is insane! And you can’t turn them off though the app. Not worth the download! ### 1/5 — Don’t read the order details or don’t understand “no protein “ *2021-12-27* Whenever my sister orders using your app either you add protein to her order when it clearly says No Protein or you get my mother’s salad wrong! If I come in then you finally get it correct is there an issue with looking at the order or is there a bias against the person ordering it? My sister has complained about it previously and the Arapahoe and Quebec location still are getting it wrong! The manager was so apologetic because they ran out of bacon! I am well aware of the supply chain issues going on right now due to COVID and it wasn’t a big deal to me, so I just asked for another wrap without bacon for my mobile order. I wanted to add an additional wrap to my order which she did right away. When she gave me the bag with the orders I was like, “I haven’t paid for the other wrap?” She said since she was the manager she could give it to me for free. Mind you she had already given me a free cookie AND rice crispy treat!! This happened this evening & I hope this young manager (I didn’t get her name!) gets a promotion for going above & beyond to make this a good experience for me!
