Thought this would be great game. However, when there’s a lightning bolt above their head you can’t do anything else cause it takes 10k and at beginning of game their no way to get that. 
So disappointed it poorly done without a lot of thought

its a good game but i unlocked everything so now i keep getting money with nothing to spend it on i unlocked all the doctors and rooms . i feel like this game needs more to do and more to unlock
