## What is Madad Israel?

Madad Israel brings together the indices and rates that affect your wallet: the Consumer Price Index, the Construction Inputs Index, the Bank of Israel rate and the prime rate. Data comes straight from the official sources: Israel’s Central Bureau of Statistics and the Bank of Israel.

• An alert the moment an index is published or a rate changes, for the types you choose
• Index-linkage calculator: what an amount from a given month is worth today (rent, contracts, savings)
• Full history, back to 1951 (depending on the index): table and interactive chart with drag, high, low and period change
• Home screen widgets, each with the index you choose
• The next publication date of every index and the next rate decision
• Available in Hebrew, English, Arabic, Russian, French and Spanish

This app is not an official body. The prime rate is calculated as the Bank of Israel rate + 1.5%, per banking practice.
